Dealing with RED has provided a real value added experience for our company. They developed and clearly demonstrated a sound understanding of our business in a short period of time when designing our Employee Opinion Survey. The information and advice offered has produced excellent surveys (since 2005), allowing us to directly identify opportunities and issues across the business. Presentation of survey material is always succinct and insightful. Perhaps what impresses me most about Geoff and RED is his flexibility and logical, ‘fact based’ approach. Battery World Australia (BWA) engaged the services of Geoff Timmerman and his business, RED Training Solutions, in March 2009 to develop and deliver customer service & sales training across our franchise network. Geoff delivered nine training sessions across Australia in June 2009, covering the 75+ stores within the BWA network. Over 150 staff and franchise owners in total attended the training and the results were outstanding. BWA recorded it’s highest monthly sales result ever immediately after the training rollout, and I believe the training contributed strongly to this excellent outcome.
Most of the BWA national support team observed Geoff deliver the training at some stage and were impressed by his training style and ability – challenging participants when appropriate and providing an open, interactive training forum. Feedback I gathered from franchisees was of a similar nature – Geoff had developed and delivered a quality product with confidence, on time every time.

…On his commencement with the Commission, Geoff made an immediate impression of being a capable, intelligent and dynamic researcher and training provider. His task was to research, fully develop and deliver training on subject matter that was a mandated requirement by the Queensland Government for all units of public administration and statutory authorities, such as the Commission, to deliver to staff. He was required to deliver the training to all staff levels from senior management to junior support staff. It is noteworthy, that the Commission’s workforce comprises staff from a very broad range of disciplines and experience. This includes lawyers, accountants, police officers, researchers, intelligence professionals, information technology specialists to name a few. Like everyone else I was the recipient of his training package which I observed to be comprehensive in its detail and content, expertly delivered and in full satisfaction of the Commission’s legislative compliance requirements. Battery World Ipswich has been fortunate to receive comprehensive and valuable training from Geoff Timmerman of RED Training prior to taking on a new ‘green-field’ Battery World Franchise. It was through his franchisee customer service and business management training that has set the tone and standards we apply every day helping to achieve excellent performance benchmarks in our opening year.
In addition, when we brought on our new staff member he also received RED Training from Geoff and by his own admission believes it prepared him for the challenges of the job. The training prepared him with the right attributes necessary and allowed him to start work in the store with confidence. He has also received a 100% score for customer service in an independent ‘Mystery Shopper’ evaluation and solely admits it was due to his training by Geoff.
