PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Duration: 0.5 day (half-day)
Introduction / Descriptor:
An interactive, empowering half-day session designed to unleash your organisation’s creative juices. Brainstorming creates new ideas, solves problems, boosts camaraderie, promotes creativity and innovation, and develops teams. We have all heard the term ‘brainstorming’ before, and you may have even dabbled in a brainstorming session or two over the years. However, poorly run brainstorming sessions often have a damaging, counter-productive impact on teams and individuals within the team. Have the chance to solve ‘real-life’ problems and capitalise on opportunities within your organisation. Participants learn more about each other and develop relationships through open communication, whilst generating ideas to build team productivity. A laugh or two along the way is also guaranteed!
NB: a recommended option is to utilise this session to complement another training topic or program offered by RED (for example, Customer Service, Optimising Teamwork, Communication Skills). Please call to discuss program logistics and content.
