It is also about being flexible, overcoming guaranteed resistance, and achieving results that benefit employees, customers and the organisation as a whole. ‘Change’ in fact, is a mild word for what we are experiencing right now! From an organisational perspective, we must adapt and transform, or die! Change management is as much about addressing the hearts, minds and behaviours of people as it is about setting goals, and designing and implementing new systems, new technologies, and new structures and systems.
This program delves into the exciting arena of managing and leading people through change. Interactive exercises and case study analysis highlight the challenging yet rewarding skills and behaviours required to successfully navigate through periods of significant change.
