This program explores how to break old habits and start effective new ones. It assists participants to gain greater control and manage their time more effectively. Experience tools and techniques necessary to maximise the return from the effort you are putting in to your work, how to deal with procrastination, how to delegate, and the importance of work/life balance....Take control of your time, and your life!
